Who am I?

I’m a multifaceted individual—a whirlwind of creativity! By day, I’m a seasoned business owner and purchasing professional with over twenty years of experience. But at my core, I’m a proud introvert who thrives on introspection.

Every idea, every lingering thought, deserves a chance to blossom. This philosophy has always guided me, even in my successful career as a purchasing professional. Witnessing my team members grow and take on promotions and new challenges has been incredibly rewarding. Yet, a part of me yearned for more.

The fear of judgment loomed large. “Why change a good thing?” the whispers echoed. I had a great career, travel, and the respect of colleagues. But something felt incomplete.

What Could I be Missing?

My love for creating products has always been a constant. In 2013, I took a leap of faith and started a skincare and home essentials business. The fear of criticism was paralyzing, so I nurtured it secretly for years!

Finally, the day came to launch my Facebook page. It was a turning point. I knew success hinged on self-belief. And let me tell you, even after taking that brave step, the fear remained – but this time, it was the fear of success itself.

We all face obstacles on our paths; sometimes, the biggest ones are the stories we weave in our minds. Despite the fear, I persevered. I earned a Diploma in Organic Skincare Formulation, launched a consulting company, and even created a line of juices using fresh, local ingredients from my beautiful island home, St. Kitts & Nevis!

Am I still Struggling?

Yes! Even though I have pushed through my fears and started the businesses I wanted, there is still that one thing that kept me back from fully and completely fulfilling my dreams: my Fear of Success, that fear that says, do you have the ability to go the distance, the fear that encourages me to pursue yet when it comes to success it sneaks in and talk me out of reaching that finish line of completion here completion not in the sense of the end, but that door to new accomplishments to the growth of that business I worked so hard on, the fear tells me that I have what I have I will not able to maintain it and becomes a success, and I have listened.

So, am I still battling fear? Absolutely! Even with a thriving business, the fear of success whispers doubts. “Can you handle it?” it taunts. It urges me to chase new horizons but then discourages me from reaching the finish line. This “finish line” isn’t an ending but a gateway to new achievements, the chance to witness my creations flourish. The fear convinces me that maintaining success is impossible; sometimes, I listen.
